so i started out at 6 1/4 erect and am now 6 3/4 in length. im doin alright but the only thing thats kind of annoying is after about 2 steady weeks of stretching i start to get really painful acking at the base of my dick , now i now that dull acking is fine butt this is a little worse than that. i dont believe that ive torn anything ,i think it may just be that i need deconditioning breaks every once in a while .
so right now im currently going thru one of these little painful periods , but i want to keep stretching cuz im tierd of having to wait it out.
now the thing is , is usually after taking a break within the next couple of weeks of stretching i usually make very nice length gains and i just want to no if i dont take a break and just keep playing thru the pain, will i still gain as much as if i took a break?
or is it pointless becaus ive exhausted my gains and my penis needs to re-strengthen?>:(?:(
 
You would need a decon break if you were getting nothing back from your routines.. Ex. - Aches/gains. Your getting aches and gains thus your dick isn't conditioned to your workout. If the pain gets to intense maybe take a day or two off or just try to lessen the intensity for a few days and then work back up.. and your dick wouldnt need to restrengthen if your gains were exhausted, it would need to weaken

Stretching those ligs does become taxing but remember, this is something that has never been stretched before, there will be ligament strain and soreness. To help with this you can be diligent about the angles you stretch, this will ensure faster gains and help disperse the ligament strain to all angles, not just one or a few.
 
thanks guys , now DLD when i stretch i pull pretty much as hard as i can to ensure that im stretching past my regular point ,' you know' to make sure that im actually getting bigger, is this wrong or right?
or what should i be doing?
you see what scares me is that ill spend all this time stretching to light and wont gain anything so i ALWAYS go 100%!

I don't understand your question, could you rephrase?
 
what i ment was i always pull out as hard as i can , not just to a point were my dick doesnt stretch any more, i actually try to surpass that every time i stretch.
is this right or should ijust lighten up to a nice pulling of the ligaments?

If able, always pull beyond. Find where your limits are so you do not injure yourself but once that is established you should always be pushing the levels.
