Im trying to find a pill that's good for overall male health. Like something that's basically helps you maintain high test levels, energy levels, libido, etc. Something that doesn't contain viagra or anything like that. Something other than a good diet.

@houseofr00bees I'm just starting starting the gel. I hear that it will do good on girth but I'm curious to see for my self.

@dockwood70 I can let you know if I get any increases aswell. I got a ring of power aswell that I'm trying out too so well see what happens.
 
I would recommend Titan or Male Extra Pills in replacement for Viagra. They will also help facilitate better erections. A better diet and more exercise for a healthier body will also increase erection quality. ALso, Kegel exercises are a great way to increase muscular strength of pelvic floor muscles and allow for harder erections.
