The groove of my PE

Hello to the Brotherhood!

It's the bassist here to join in after years and years of lurking in the back and gathering my courage!

I've been doing PE for over ten years now but up until sometime in 2012 it was pretty non-consistent and undetermined. Somewhere around that point I just got pissed off with myself for just grieving for the lack of trunk and decided to do something about it. The past years have been extremely fun and educational and I feel I am ready to join the ride.

As I mentioned in another post I'm on hiatus from measuring because I went overboard with it and just started staring at the numbers. I have a mindset about that too so I will measure at some point in the future. This hiatus is why I start out with a picture thread to show a bit where I'm at but unfortunately not where I was. Take your starting point photos, guys!

I started out at around 17,5 centimeters of length and 14 cm circumference. I don't know exactly where I'm standing now but it's more than that I'll tell ya!

The first picture is from this June. It's the first clamping of the day and I have a period of length work and a two week trip behind me so I don't have my pump on yet. I like how the length is starting to come in, though.

And the second is a month or two older. To show that uncemented girth I'd like to get permanent as time goes by.

I just got some maca and MSM in powder form yesterday to get my body working a bit more and been on L-arginine for a bit now. My short term goal is more visual than a raw number but . I've been thinking about starting measuring again when I'm comfortable with how I can reveal the hidden penis (or when I need to confirm that I'm over 25 cm in length) . For the last month or so I've been working with the ligaments using behind-the-cheeks and bundled stretches with some basic jelqing for the blood flow and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]+waterpumping, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]+WPump+clamping or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]+clamping when I'm doing a girth session.

Welcome to the brotherhood. if I understand correctly, 17.5 centimeters is about 6.8 inches in length not even up to 7 inches. Yet look at that photo of yourself standing and holding your penis. I will say you are longer than 7 inches but your flat tummy does so much magic for you. I need to get rid of my fat pad. Incredible :O

What I meant was that my starting stats are those mentioned above - 17,5 cm length and around 14 cm in girth. The stats in both of the photos are unknown but a lot more than my starting stats. The best length I've measured is 21,5 cm and best girth 17,5 cm. I have been a lot thicker since then but I won't say a number because it wouldn't be an actual number as much as a feeling of how thick I was and as we all know: Feeling will not count as a measurement in the court of PE.

Wow that is quite a good gain from 17 to 21 and 14 to 17, what has been your routine to make these gains?

Keep up with the consistency and the gains will keep on coming.

Hahah! By the power of PE!

And on the subject at hand: I have to emphasise that those measurements are the top ones I've had, and the girth number is a clamped measurement. I came to realise a tad late that I should have said this to begin with so I didn't come out wrong. I'm guessing my solid size is about 20x16 cm, but that is just a guess so don't hold me too tightly on that.

I did just measure my FBPL after my morning workout and it was roughly 23 cm! I was blown away and can't wait to cement these gains! I'm just gonna need to buy a decent ruler so I can show some evidence to support my claims...

As for my routine goes I have none. It's kinda my biggest issue and I've been struggling with it for years. I've tried this and that but haven't found anything that sticks properly as a long term routine. Now I've changed my way of thinking about it and don't aim so much to certain routine but a way to make this a lifestyle. I do of course do routine style workouts, but what I mean is I just can't keep things up doing the same thing over and over day after day. What I've come up with now is that I hold on daily to the bundled stretches to work on my tunica (the way I should have done for years!), rotations and behind-the-cheeks. My ligaments are also getting to the point where I can start working towards revealing my hidden penis so an exercise for that is going to be needed in the near future.

An example of the workout I did today:

Warm-up with a wet hot towel
Stretching to loosen up the tunica and ligaments. I don't usually time out the basic stretching when I'm loosening up because I like to go by feel and not by the clock. I do however time the bundled stretches to keep things symmetrical. I have a bit of curve to the left so I'm correcting that too with them. I do enough of these stretches to be loosened up so I can do my BtC stretches, but if I had to I'd say I did six 40 second bundled stretches to both directions before the first set of BtCs and a set or two of bundled for 40 seconds per direction between the BtC sets.

So for this morning it would be:

Basic stretching to loosen up.
6x40s bundled with two sets of 20 rotations per direction thrown somewhere in between
2x40s BtC
40s sets of bundled
2x40s BtC
40s sets of bundled

And a finishing jelq to get the blood flowing and to be ready for the day.

This is just an example and is actually a lot less than I usually do during the day. It is however pretty basic morning workout that gets me nice and loose to go about.

For girth I'm using various things but the main focus is on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]+clamping with some waterpumping when I want to be really huge. But as I've mentioned in another thread I have a TN problem I need to take care of and that is slowing my girth work down a bit. Luckily I'm starting to get on level with my skin and can start working on getting it fat again!

One major problem I have is that I've been hella lazy with the little things that don't show up in size right away but help a ton otherwise. One of those things is the skin issue where I let the TN surprise me again after many, many years. Another - which I believe is my biggest pit - is my PC muscle. It's not weak but it's nowhere near to where I should be. I've grown so much I just can't operate that 'kin thing anymore and go limp much too often. Nowadays I'm doing kegels all day long and getting myself into shape so I can keep on growing without a worry of not being able to control the thing. I am not there yet, but the steps are being taken!
 
Yeah, skipping the things that seem like they don't matter much is a big no no. Kegels will allow you to hold more blood in the penis. Testicle Health Massage and Stretch will help you hang longer and heavier. So many little things that seem small but bring big results. Turn lazy in to crazy and go nuts with the whole show!
 
Even if you can't stick to a routine just do your best to stay consistent with your exercises.

I have to check out THMaS (damn them long acronyms) as I can't remember how to do it exactly. I'm also starting to get really nice results from the kegels I've been doing.

huge-girth: Consistency is my main focus right now. As I mentioned above I've been wasting too much time and now it's time to take some of it back so to speak!

What I need to do next is get the gear to help me with things. For now I have to work with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s as the bandaging has worked well after I learned how to wrap myself without cutting off the circulation and without it being uncomfortable. I'm not yet comfortable using it over night because my wrapping is still a bit iffy sometimes and it just keeps me up at night thinking how my dick feels in the wrap.

I'm also back to my girth work and the way I work with my tunica seems to be working extremely well. I think it's an existing exercise that I do but as I'm in a bit of a hurry now I don't have the time to rummage the forums to find out what it is. But I think it will come like from a shelf when I tell you guys that what I do is get around 50-70% erect, grip my base with my other hand and glans with the other and do the "slinky spring type movement" (as is the wording in my head). This has helped me loosen up the tunica even some more after bundled stretches to get ready for some great SSJs.

Oh, and I've always been somewhat drawn away from hanging. It just seems so impractical for me to have barbells hanging from my crotch.
