How many of you guys have gained exercising only the exercises that you guys have chosen randomly,just taking exercises that made you feel ok,and you noticed important gains.i have always been choosing the exercises that i tought they could get me gains and i havent seen great gains,evenso i have seen some changes in my male anatomy,can this work in a way that we can say we have made important gains,as far as i remember i didnt start whit the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] haha i tried that some time later,i wonder what had happened if i had started in a proper way,maybe its a bit too late for regrets,but i chose some exercises that i tought they could help me but i just didnt see things right and they didnt work the way i was expecting...Trial and Error hahaha
 
well i choose exercises that leave my penis sore and tired becuz that is a sign of some workout. only stick to those ones and once your really tired then come back to the basic ones to continue the workout
 
For me it is always a small group of exercises that create my routine, exercises that bring post-workout temporary size. I will stick with this routine for as long as it brings me gains and when it starts to slow I will still stick with it but add more intensity. When intensity is maxed out I will rewrite a new workout. When choosing exercises i make sure I cover all bases in growth. With length I target shaft, tunica, ligaments and internal penis. With girth I target post workout expansion gains.
 
yes i also feel we need to target specific areas that we feel are weak personally.
But i also feel a group of exercises targeting all areas done in the day will cover everything up.
 
yeah i think routines are important and following a proper routine is key, one of my mistakes was that i didnt followed a good routine anxiety and frustration kept me closed minded,i had this insane combination of exercises that didnt show important stuff...

There will be some men who need more work in different areas so, of course, use common sense when putting together a good routine. If you already have the length you want there is no reason to do length and in the same way if girth is where you want it no girth work is needed. Everyone will have different goals and this is where personal modifications will come into play.
 
Find exercise that you will perform CORRECTLY, every exercise should give you a result, but those what you do CORRECTLY will benefit your growth...
 
Yeah simple as that sometimes we try some exercises that are effective but if we dont know how to perform them correctly we can get stuck

when i started jelqing i COMPETELY did it incorrectly. Infact when i realized after like 3 months after seeing a video then i felt i wasnt even jelqing but only pulling my skin .

intersting maybe i did the same i spent some time jelquin and saw no good results but its more about pulling out the inner penis i think...

yes but enough blood that you should feel it pushing or creating expansion inside penis
 
It is easy to know if jelqing is working for you by measuring after a session. You should always see some expansion and this is how you know if the jelq is working for you If you are not seeing expansion either the jelq is not being done correctly or your penis needs more intensity than the jelq can provide.

This is what I plan on doing after 6 months of using the length master. I will be doing mainly downward and behind the cheeks expressive stretching with the length master
