The double force A-stretch....INSANELY INTENSE!

Hello guys.I tried this version of A-stretch and OMG!this is insanely intense.My ligs are still sore.This exercise is similar to DLD's A-stretch but I have tried it with a twist.Here are the steps:

1.Grip your penis just below the glans with an overhand ok grip and pull straight out.
2.Now pass the free hand underneath the penis and grab the knuckle of the gripping hand.
3.Do blasters holding this position.

Try this and you will also feel the intensity.:)

yes...i will definitely keep it up!I'm currently working on a ''Healing Ointment''.I took my first dose today.I will PM you regarding this after 1 month of usage if I notice any significant result.:)

I just don't see how these are being done...
Either I am doing these completely wrong or I would have to break my arm to grab my knuckles.
Pictures and illustrations are always helpful...

hello...this is actually very easy to do.....just grab the knuckles of the gripping hand instead of the wrist with the 4 fingers of the non gripping hand except the thumb.you do not need to break your arm.just force the penis so that the non gripping hand could be able to make it's way to the knuckles of the gripping hand.This is the key to increase the intensity.:)

Or use the Fake Arm solution!

I tried it immediately after seeing this thread. This is one powerful way to do A stretch. Many of these manual exercises can deliver all the needed gains if one is really consistent.
