Hello guys.I tried this version of A-stretch and OMG!this is insanely intense.My ligs are still sore.This exercise is similar to DLD's A-stretch but I have tried it with a twist.Here are the steps:
1.Grip your penis just below the glans with an overhand ok grip and pull straight out.
2.Now pass the free hand underneath the penis and grab the knuckle of the gripping hand.
3.Do blasters holding this position.
Try this and you will also feel the intensity.
