Let's see...how many other people have I had religious debates with? Lots. But they were mature about it. I have absolutely no problem with it. I could give you links to other forums that I had similar debates, like T's place and some non-Penis Enlargement related forums. And I never lost my cool on a single one of them, because the person was mature about it. This last post shows exactly how mature you are. I'm not the one calling you a "fuckin baby" and a "fuckin child." I'm not the one trolling this board. I'm not the one getting my panties in a wad because someone disagrees with me.

Let me say again. I banned you because you were BANNED BEFORE under other names. You got caught. You brought attention to yourself by repeatedly trolling the board, so we checked your IP. Turns out you aren't allowed here anyway, so I re-banned you. Otherwise (if this was your first username and hadn't been banned before) you would have been warned to chill out. If you kept at it, then you would be banned. Sorry, but it's standard procedure on this board to ban trolls. Like every other board out there. It's also standard procedure to allow free speech. DLD is very big on that, and had you not been banned before, DLD was willing to let you stay, as you can see earlier in this thread. However, when he found out that you were banned before, HE banned you. NOT ME. Take it up with him if you have a problem. I'm simply the one who caught you.

Agreed. I like Vlad. He seems like a nice guy. I'm sure we disagree on plenty of things, but he doesn't troll the board because he knows people disagree with him. A mature adult can "agree to disagree."

NeXus/Remo/Casey/mr. ziggs/mrbiggins (isn't it sad that he came back under FOUR more names just to piss someone off? Go somewhere else!) seems to lack the ability to agree to disagree, so instead he flames people constantly and trolls the board hoping to piss people off and rally people that share his views. What it does is make him look extremely immature and incapable of having a civilized discussion.

Hm, I've checked back and read a bit, so I believe I understand the situation now. However, I wouldn't really call Casey, or whatever his other names are, a troll. Confrontational on some topics yes, but I'm not sure if that really seems ban worthy to me. True, he didn't post much on Penis Enlargement topics, but about 95% of the people on this forum never post anything. Like others have said, many of us don't have any particular know-how or insight into Penis Enlargement that can be of much use, and at the same time anybody that knows how to use the search function can already have damn near any question imaginable on the topic answered in a few clicks. Aside from forum 'inside joke' style posts and brief little nods of agreement that aren't really much help to anyone, there isn't much left for a lot of people to contribute. I guess what I'm wondering is if the fellow would have been banned if he maintained the same posting habits, but perhaps held some beliefs that some people here don't find so disagreeable. Honestly, I don't see starting a post over something he wants to hash out as really creating any kind of trouble on the forum. I think bans ought to be reserved for individuals that are really stirring up a mess or interfering with the smooth running of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], not people who piss you off.

If he wanted to be here so bad and express his viewpoints, he could have simply modeled you, but he chose not to. You have argued with me and others and have kept civility to the argument despite total disagreement.

This guy was warned: Modify your behavior (not viewpoints) or get booted. He chose not to modify his behavior in any way, but I would say push the envelope further as some of his last NeXus posts were really over the top. He came here for the sole purpose of stirring up shit. It might be one thing if the thread escalates to insults or cheap shots, but it's another thing if the thread begins with them. It is his conduct that banned him, because he ignored the warnings. He may wish to think we were all too intimidated to debate him, but I assure you that if I've engaged you (Swank) then I'm not intimidated about debating him on matters of substance.

I know some people don't post too much on Penis Enlargement. I wish they would try to do so more often, as that is the purpose of us being here. It doesn't mean we don't discuss anything else, but DLD's vision is to be the largest Penis Enlargement forum on the web and we've now achieved that in terms of membership number. My understanding is that our search engine ranking is based largely on the number of posts. When new members find this site, they are typically looking for good Penis Enlargement information. I'm no Penis Enlargement expert myself, but I comment and ask questions all the time and I'd encouarge everyone to do the same. Quality posts on a variety of subjects are an asset to this site. We do believe in free speech here, but I can't think of any site like this that promotes free speech that will tolerate absolutely anything. For example, we're not going to tolerate someone that comes on here to unleash a series of racial slurs. Phrasing your terminology from the beginning with the sole purpose of angering a number of people is nearly the same thing.

If someone is motivated right from the start by offending our members by name calling, then he's not an asset to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], he's a detriment. It's not like this is a common problem. If you want to come here and discuss a variety of topics, taking any viewpoint you want, it's not hard to do. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is extremely tolerant of criticism, dissent, etc. and if you can't manage to post here without following our very lenient guidelines then the problem is with you, not us.

I see your point peguinsfan, that was a very reasonable explanation. I haven't got much time to hash out my feelings on this right now, but I suppose what rubs me the wrong way is that from Casey's posts I get the impression that it's a more a lack of tact rather than any intended malice from his end. Obviously there's some hostile and confrontational feelings there, but I think he started threads or posted because he really liked to argue or debate the issue, not to 'troll.' I'm not even exactly clear on what trolls are or what they do, but I didn't read his posts as soley intended to mess up the board. I guess it just depends on what you define as truly disruptrive and what is just agitating to some people. Being that Casey is somewhat on my side of the fence politically and I usually only care to post on non-Penis Enlargement issues myself, I suppose I just empathize. Anyway, I'm no moderator and an infrequent visitor most of the time so I haven't really got much say in running of the place, just my two cents.
