if youa are hanging i would leave girth work alone especially when u get into heavier weight. when hanging its very normal to gain girth but the pressure from head squeezes etc will put too much pressure on the head. there are thing with you hanger that you can do for headgirth but if you just starting to hang you not ready...

You can target glans enlargement using a hanger. Here's an exercise created by BIB himself that should help:

BIB's Hanging Exercise for a bigger penis head

NOTE- This exercise is to be used in conjunction with the "BIB Hanger"

First make yourself get a "semi" of about 50%. Then, *wrap the shaft just below the area to enlarge. Wrap fairly tight. Enough to assist in keeping the blood above the wrap.

Then, go ahead and get a little more erect. Maybe 80%. Then, put the hanger on and tighten a little. When you do this, the head, or area above the wrap, should really start to swell. As it does, tighten a little more, or as much as you can stand.

Between the blood pressure, and the pressure from the hanger, all return blood should be cut off. Of course, you can have enough blood pressure to keep the head pressure and still have a little circulation. Depends on the ratio.

This is good by itself, or you can hang two to five pounds from the strap for a hell of a lot of pressure. First five minutes, I use heat. Then let it cool for the next five.

Ten minutes is about the max for this. Really strenuous. You can do as many ten minute sets as you can stand. Have to be careful if you are hanging also.

Takes about 24 hours of recovery before you can hang because of soreness. The pressure on the shaft from hanging is too high.
I am done with Penis Enlargement because of this routine. My wife told me the other night, "that's it". Told her I needed to do a maintenance routine for the head girth and she said no, I needed to lose a little anyway.
