I've finally hit 7" after 20 weeks of Penis Enlargement, making a total length gain of 1 whole inch :)

One small step for me, one giant leap for science ;). From here, I know I can go as long as I want :)

Don't you just love that feeling - knowing you've gained, knowing your willy is bigger, and being able to actually see it? Man it's cool.

Congrats Anon, keep up the good work. 20 weeks from now maybe 2" gained. Your now at the stage where you can start hurting women with that weapon. Enjoy!!!!!! But do learn to use it. They'll love ya for it...LOL

mazdab8r - you can click on the progress link in the first post to see how my routine has developed, but it's basically been a bit like this:

Warmup 10 mins.
Straight down stretch 10 mins
Warmup 5 mins
Bundled tunica 5 mins
Horse440s 5 mins
Ulis (with bends) 5 mins
Horse440s 5 mins
Ulis (with bends) 5 mins
Warmdown 10 mins

20 mins of length, 20 mins of girth, 1 hour overall. Lots of heat, and lots of patience :).
 
You don't seem to do all that much stretching, you have certainly gained well with this routine however. Do you think the girth work has helped with this?
 
Awesome man! I remember when I hit 7". Was a very good feeling. That's the beginning, when you first set yourself as truly above "average" in size.
 
When I do stretch, I pull hard. My LOT was quite high to begin with (haven't measured for a while), but the straight down stretches have definitely helped. I began adding tunica stretches in after the gains slowed. A combination of extra heat, bundles, and both stretches (lig and tunica) are what gives my gains, imo.

I do think some girth exercises help with length though - like the Ferarri Head Squeeze, and the Uli. These exercises trap at the base, and force blood towards the head, which induces a length-wise pressure. I think more could be made of erect length stretching, anyone agree?

I haven't put it into practice yet, but I think the theory certainly holds.
