i would just like to thank everybody who contributes to this site...i love it...been lurking around for a while now.. i need some help though...see my name is kinda misleading..its just in case im ever caught on here Lol im just embarrassed... so ive been going at it for a couple months.. jelqing and some stretching and have seen some gains..though very minimal.. i dont have the best routine though as its hard doing p.e. in a house of 7. this is where i need help.
what are some of the best and quickest exercises for better gains, if there are any, for length and/or girth? i dont want to sound lazy...like i said its just hard to do it say an hour or so a day..
if anybody could help me id really appreciate it, thanks..

What I can suggest is starting with the newbie routine and chop it into 2 routines, 20 minutes each, length and girth. This should allow you to sneak it in.
