This log is strictly to keep me motivated into Penis Enlargement. I measured today for the first time in a while, and still no gains. If I'm going to make this work I am going to have to simply stay motivated and for now, just focus on one at a time, and for now that will be length.

Feb. 24, 2006:
Non-Bone Pressed Erect Length: 6.5in
Erect Midshaft Girth: 5.25in


Today I measured and felt pretty bad on both length and girth, as I still have not gained. I haven't gained a millimeter either way in months. I simply did 15min. of straight out stretches and a few more minutes of random stretches in all directions... better than nothing I guess.
 
Feb. 24, 2006:

Same day, but I just got home from work and did 600 jelqs, and I manually clamped the base of my shaft for about 15sec. then did Supra's Ball Jelqing for a few minutes. I also did a few minutes of manual straight out stretches while at work today.
 
Feb. 25, 2006:

Did 600 jelqs when I got home from work then manually clamped at the base of the shaft for about 3 minutes. Was an okay workout... I usually don't do a ton on the weekends in sense my parents are usually home and I work all weekend. Better than nothing, I guess.
 
Feb. 26, 2006:

Just did a few minutes of straight out and straight up stretches while in the bathroom at work today.

Tomorrow will be good though.
 
Feb. 27, 2006:

Did manual basic stretching in all directions then ghetto tunica stretches. This took about an hour. Then I clamped for one set for 10min. just for the sake of it.

Same day, just added 2 more sets of clamping.

I'm sorta stuck on what I shold work on now... girth or length. I plan on switching to girth as soon as I reach 7in. nbpel.

Planned on going strictly for girth until I graduate high school in May. Only length work I'll get in is when I think about it while going to the bathroom or just randomly a few time throughout the day, but not much. Oh yeah and jelqing on the weekends if I have time.

Did 3 sets of 10min. each for clamping. Then edged a couple of times and did a couple of hand held clamps.

I still find it very extremely hard to keep a FULL erection the entire time while clamping. I can get it up and going for the first minute but then it subsides and I can't feel as much pressure.
 
March 1, 2006:

Did 10min. of erect stretches and then did slow squash jelqs for about 15min. and between each set did a few jelqs. When I was finished, I edged and reverse kegeled... trying to work on getting rid of pre-ejac.

Same day again... but I just threw in 2 sets of 10min. each of clamping.

Ok from now on, no more posting until I go to bed!

Did about 15min. of Slow Squash Jelqs. I think I'm doing them right... I sure hope so. I'm sorta addicted to them now after trying them today.

If you feel yourself loosing your erection while clamp, try doing a couple bends. Works for me at least.
 
Ok thanks for the info, it does seem to work a tad.

March 2, 2006:

3 sets of 10min. each of clamping today, and between each set did about a minute of slow squash jelqs. Then edged once and did a few minutes of manual stretches just for the sake of it.

Decided not to buy L-Arginine... I checked at the store I work at and they had L-Arginine complex which was L-Arginine (400mg I believe) and also one other thing but I forgot. Just simply decided to not buy it, I don't know why, but I might try some in the future sometime, who knows.
 
March 3, 2006:

-Jelqed for 30min.
-Ball Jelqed for 5min.
-Clamped 1 set for 10min.
-Edged 1 time
-At work did some straight out stretches for a couple of minutes in the restroom.
-DLD's Bundled Double Tunica Stretch to the right for 30sec. then to the left for 30sec.
 
March 4, 2006:

-Hung a 5lb. weight for about a minute just to see how the new homemade hanger worked.
-Manual stretches for a few minutes
-DLD's Bundled Double Tunica Stretch to the right for 30sec. then to the left for 30sec.
