All right...I'm new at this.

I want to know if there are any over the counter meds or supplements or vitamins or anything that I can use to increase gains. I don't mean bs pills that claim to give me a bigger package on the label, I mean suprising supplements that one wouldn't think of for pe that actually work.

Also, are there any good skin creams that i can use to keep my dick in good shape after doing lots of pe? I realize i should keep the skin healthy as well as the rest of it.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
 
Please. Anyone? I would love to find out some amazing facts...for example..."wow! did you know vitamin e rubbed on your dick every night increases blood flow and makes it thicker?" or something like that.

I would also like to know about taking viagra and cialis, etc. are there any proven benefits? can anyone attest to gains due to these products?
 
2.5 grams of L-arginine minimum daily. Also, these pills called NOW Men's Virility Formula (about $10 for 120 pills) contain a lot of the same ingredients as Enzyte. Speaking of which, I should order me some right now.

Also, I always take Saw Palmetto during the day and ZMA at night. Hell, even protein shakes have a lot of good amino acids for growth in general.
 
I would also recommend vitamins D, C and E with B complex thrown in for good measure.
Vitamin C and a hyaluronic acid supp will really help. C is THE major nutrient in the formation of collagen, i.e. your tunica, and elastin- your ligs. D is often overlooked, but it's EXTREMELY important for the absorption of many vits and mins, you should take at least 4,000IU per day of it. At least 20mg per lb of body weight of C should be taken broken into intervals (with meals- food aids absorption) throughout the day. Magnesium (any form but oxide) is also important as it's involved in nearly EVERY metabolic process in the body. Fish and flaxseed oil and vit E are all natural mild bloodthinners and circulatory lubricants which increase bloodflow. Take all of these daily. Ginseng( Korean red- Panax) and gingko biloba increase bloodflow too. DHEA increases testosterone levels.

Take your multi V and fish oil. Other things that I will recomend are Zinc it i works as a aromatos inhibiter quite simply is great for the male sexual reproduction system. It also helps in stopping testosterone converting to estrogen and greater amounts of semen. Oh yeah while taking zinc make sure you take magnesium along with it.

I get the GNC L-arginine 5000 powder. 1 scoop is 2500 mg. Doesn't taste bad either.
 
Tongkat Ali is what was referred to above, and I can 100% swear by it.

Its a root that is harvested in Indonesia and basically increases your body's natural production of testosterone. It works differently from things like steroids and pro hormones because its your own testosterone that is being produced and NOT something like steroids replacing your natural testosterone producing functions which makes your own production shut down. I'm actually surprised I have seen it mentioned here as much as it was in Thundersplace. ?:( Anyway, I taken it for the last two years and its pretty insane how much it works. After being on a cycle for only 4 days I could actually feel my balls being fuller and bigger, as well as being in a better mood with more energy. The only downside I could find, if any, was that if I tried to take an extreemly high dosage for awhile, I could get a little more aggressive than usual, but thats about it.

Vitamin C is THE most important vitamin for building new collagen and elastin(tendons and ligaments are mostly made up of these.) Take AT LEAST 20 mg per pound of body weight. Vitamin D is crucial for the absrption of many vitamins and minerals. Vitamin E is a good antioxidant and mild natural blood lubricant/ thinner. Fish oil is also a blood thinner and increases circulation. Magnesium is often overlooked. It's involved in over 300metabolic processes in the body including cell division and reproduction. L-arginine is good for blood flow. Panax ginseng and gingko biloba are good for circulation too.
 
For the Tongkat Ali from the site mentioned, right now I usually take one pill a day which is 800mg of the extract. The stuff is also good if you are doing some sort of lifting routine at the gym so on days like that I may take 1200mg the day before or day of.
Also, when you use this stuff you usually don't feel a difference until 4-5 days after. Apparently theres some tea in Asia with tongkat in it (which ive seen for sale online), so I hope to experiment with that sometime soon!

ok. so where can i find DHEA and how much do i take and what does it cost, etc.

i really like the idea of more testosterone, though i'm sure it'll make me hairy as fuck, but my gf has a really high sex drive and i'd love a boost to be able to keep up, let alone all the other benfits; muscle, size increase, load increase...etc.
