FINALLY got my L-Arginine pills tonight, they've also got 500mg of L-Ornithine, which apparently decreases bodyfat while building muscle, maybe will help with the fat pad? :) :) :)

Let us know how it goes man! Oh, your sperm count should go up as well. Depending on how much you use, L-Arginine might take a week or so to improve erection quality.

they're 1g l-arg pills, so I'll pop 2 or 3 a day and see how it goes. I really want the volume though, my erection is fine as it is, I just wanna be able to cum all over a girl and make her go get a fuckin towel.

any one pill like a multi vitamin with most of those items in them on the market??? heard of arginmax and no2,anyone tried these?any results??i have tried maca man...did nothing for me.....

The Titan pills seem awesome. But if you take them, 2 pills a day, I think it's a month supply. I think the price is great for Titans but I'd like it to be a two month supply perhaps.

Have you tried the new formula?

I haven't. I plan to buy a bottle soon though! My biggest concern is if I love it and need to add it to my dietary intake, could be costly. But if it's possible to take every other day, that should be a two month supply, not so bad then.

you could always buy in bulk and save money. If that something you’re interested in you should contact sales@mattersofsize.com They will be able to give you a discount based on what you buy

And I bet lightning gives it to them for 25% off

LOL

I take fish oil and vitamin D. I only ever take vitamins if I think I'm not getting enough of the certain thing in my diet, which in general is pretty good! My go-to source is this where I used to purchase the vitamin.

What basic vitamins should I be taking every day especially with a poor diet? I’m gonna be 55 and I don’t feel as spry as I used to. So any advice would be appreciated

A basic multivitamin from a reputable brand (Solgar for one example) could do the trick. They have their Male Multiple product that could hit the right spots.

Basically vitamins D and B are something to look into. C is beneficial to overall health. D and B (to my best recollection) are fat-soluble so dosing comes into play. Depending on certain vitamins I wouldn't necessarily take a certain vitamin on a daily basis. (As an example, I had high strength vitamin D that I usually took every other day.)

Surely the easiest route is a multivitamin. Bear in mind that with most supplements the benefits will come with delay and could be in small increments. :-) Well, this holds true for some medication / drugs that I've looked into lately.

Most multivitamins have Zinc which is quite essential for males, combined with some copper so you don't get an imbalance. (Thus the "mystic" Ring of Power was / is a combination of Zinc and Copper. :D )

Just few thoughts, I'll let others chime in. Correcting the diet would be the best but from my own experience I sympathize that it can be difficult.

OK my doctor prescribed me a daily multi vitamin. I can’t remember the name but I’ll get it and post it. So I’m happy I am taking a multivitamin daily

I hope the multivitamin is working well DLD!

I have used few multivitamins and my stack varies. Lots of good vitamins were mentioned on the first page of this thread.
Overall the balanced diet usually does the trick. And some might argue that you're just creating expensive pee if you take supplements. :D

Well, on that expensive pee thing / naysayers; maybe so but if good feelings are felt then why not?
Depending on one's condition a basic multivitamin might be a very cost effective tool for better health.
Of course there is a rabbit's hole like with so many other subjects and I admit that I've gone far down that hole, sometimes with good results, sometimes with pretty meaningless effects.

I am currently using Mucuna Pruriensis / Velvet bean for better motivation and mental clarity. It does react with dopamine receptors. Dosing is important and I usually take a few days off every now and then. And life isn't just a steady line so some bad feelings come at times and one must push through those. Sometimes though external help by medicine, supplementation or therapy is necessary. For that I am glad that there is MoS. :)
(As writing out does help as well!)

Other supplement that has been slightly "down under" is Butea Superba. I was writing about that a longer while ago, I didn't see curious minds picking it up though.
It has been somewhat studied in relation to testosterone and male health, as in better erections etc..
I am dosing it around 900mg a day, 5 on, 2 off. I just started my cycle a while ago but for a while I've been feeling a lot better. And the two mentioned supplements what I mainly take. (Butea is supposed to make your penis grow, so there's that.)

There are plenty of supplements that I've tried through the years. Heck, I even did a 3 month cycle of Semenax. :D That was years ago.
Many of the supplements that I've tried have been aiming for an enhanced ejaculation output.
On that side of things and for overall health I suggest Bee Pollen or Swedish Flower Pollen. Out of many products I would say Bee pollen with proper hydration helped the most regarding ejaculations.
Of course PC muscles and the level of arousal also play a great role in the terms of the force and volume.

But to summarize; decent diet with proper hydration and enough exercise is the biggest building element. I can admit I have stumbled regarding this and thus I have tried many different supplements, at times as a quick aid.
So start building from the ground up and add things on the go. I also remind that with several supplements or even with vitamins the effects can be quite gradual and possibly easy to miss. It depends from the starting point.

Best of health to all and happy gaining! Just wanted to chime on regarding this subject and maybe create more discussion around it.

Thanks for thinking about me. I’m not sure if it’s helping or not but I’m gonna to continue taking it. I also found out I have a very low vitamin D intake so I will need to supplement that in someway.

A multi usually has low dose vitamin D. Forget the RDA its useless, its something like 400IU which can only help prevent rickets, which is a bone disease caused by low vitamin D. But this amount will never correct a deficiency of the vitamin. Think about it when you go out in the sun for like 20 min and if you are of white race you body does 10,000IU of vitamin D. That will defiantly correct a deficiency, now if you can't go under the sun naked for 20min then you better take 10,000IU vitamin D3 for lets say a period of 3 months, repeat your blood test, if you corrected the deficiency you can then reduce to 2000IU a day plus whats in you multi which probably 800IU at max. I though take 5,000 IU everyday regardless of being under the sun or not and that kept me in the optimal range for almost 5 years now. A magnesium supplement is definitely helpful if your diet sucks! Magnesium citrate or even better glycinate 300mg a day would do it. Zinc citrate or gluconate 20mg and 1,000MG vitamine C will do wonders helping the immune system especially in these times. Im actually surprised that you do not take any supplements? and your diet sucks too? and also smoke? Your like the hollywood movie star that does everything wrong and still manages to be a strong hero LOL! I imagine if you did not smoke, had a perfect diet and took the right supplements you would have gained more than 4 inches.

Make a supplement plan for me that would work best. I don’t smoke cigarettes I quit five years ago. My diet sucks, two quarter pounder’s a day. I need a complete health makeover! This lockdown bullshit has really taken it’s toll on me

I do have a budget as I don’t make a lot of money basically my Social Security. I could probably afford maybe five dollars a day. I don’t work out at all because I’m agoraphobic. So any exercise would need to be exercise I can do in my house. I only eat the hamburgers no fries, I really don’t like fried food. The reason I eat McDonald’s every day is because it’s really cheap. So with all my issues if you can help me it would be awesome!

I will help you out with a supplement plan and diet. And if you could workout at home thats great! All whats needed IMO is your own body and a skipping rope for some cardio. Whats your height? and also do you think you do better on low carb vs normal carb intake? How is your sleep? are you taking any meds currently? is your agoraphobia causing anxiety and worry? do have any aches and pains? when is the last time you did a full all around blood test? cholesterol, blood sugar, cbc, thyroid liver and kidney function, vitamin D etc? do you know your blood group? btw what else do you eat beside quarter pounders? cause if thats all you eat its already low of a caloric intake, are u losing weight? Two quarter pounders is like 1200 calories only. if you dont like fried food thats awesome! you basically got rid of unneeded junk. Any ice cream, cereal, milk? Hows your water intake?

PS: will send you an email with supplement list and best brand to choose from.

Yes all I eat is the two 1/4 pounder’s a day but I believe my metabolism is so slow that even if this is below my calorie intake I do not lose weight. I am 5 foot 10.

I drink a lot of water maybe a gallon a day. I drink Diet Coke maybe three cans a day.

I recently had blood test done and everything is normal. I’ve also had my testosterone checked and that’s perfect. I also had a stress test for my heart and they said I’m in perfect shape.

I am severely lactose intolerant and my body does not produce vitamin D at a proper rate so I am low in this area.

I am on many medications. I am on Seroquel, Klonopin, Lamictal, high blood pressure medication, multivitamin, and a thyroid medication which I can’t remember the name of.

When I was a bodybuilder I did wonderful with complex carbohydrates. I prefer a diet that is mostly red meat and complex carbohydrates. Even though I am lactose intolerant I still will eat cheese and drink milk because I love them even though they make me sick. For me it’s worth the sickness to enjoy the dairy.

I hope that helps you and I truly appreciate it. God bless you my brother

We need to get your metabolism back in shape! Im glad all your blood tests are great and passing the stress test gives you a thumbs up to get back to working out again! Also if you are severely lactose intolerant, please please PLEASE consider this, ditch dairy all together or buy lactose free milk which is essentially milk treated with the lactase enzyme so its not really "lactose free" as it has the lactose and milk carbs in it but its basically pre-digested which will hopefully not give you issues (tastes exactly like regular milk!). If it does, then you may be allergic to the milk proteins (casein and whey) in the milk not only the sugars(lactose). Dairy is highly inflammatory as is plus being lactose intolerant, puts you in a constant state of inflammation, not good, your not 21 anymore. Plus, the lactose will mess with you GI tract so you won't absorb the supplements and nutrients fully, why waste money? Ditch the cheese, so much salt. Btw did you try any dietary interventions for High blood pressure? A gallon of water a day? you rock my brother. Thyroid issues? you must supplement with iodine preferably from kelp. Seroquel, Klonopin, Lamictal.. too much, do mind me asking each for what? cause for anxiety and OCD i'll give supplements that will help you TREMENDOUSLY. Again hows your sleep? how many hours? do you sleep immediately? do you take something for sleep? do you wake up often or get a FULL 7-9 hours? There is evidence that certain blood groups are more susceptible to certain diseases, stress levels, thryoid issues and do better on certain dietary plans or types than others, so you can use your diet as a disease prevention strategy. So get to know your blood group and tell me. You like red meat, do you like fish? just please don't eat the processed red meat junk like bacon, salami, baloney etc its HIGHLY associated with colon cancer plus HUGE amount of sodium in it (not good for blood pressure). And if you eat red meat PLEASE choose LEAN cuts with all the fat trimmed of and dont go over 4-6 oz a day. What complex carbs do you like? and know did well on when bodybuilding? brown rice, oats? quinoa? whats you monthly food + supplement budget?

God bless!

As far as the medication goes this is a cocktail that works. It took 14 years to get to this cocktail of medication that deals with many of my issues. Agoraphobia is only one of them I suffer from bipolar disorder but a very rare form. I also suffer from depression and anxiety so the medication I take keeps me completely perfectly steady so I don’t want to mess with that. Without the medication I become suicidal and my bipolar disorder completely fucked my life up. I never want to change this cocktail because I work so hard to get to it and it works perfectly so I don’t want to fix something that’s working. I understand your concern with medication and I have the same exact concern but in this case the means justify the end

I’m awake when it’s dark I sleep when it is light. I go to bed about 6 AM and I wake up around 6 PM and then I do all of my work on MOS and I also do all of my ministry work during this time too. So I get 12 hours of sleep every day which I love LOL so my sleep habits are very good. Maybe not for the average person but I’m much different than the average person.

I am not sure what my blood type is but I can find that out for you, I will send an email to my doctor and ask him to send me the information.

I can afford to spend $20 a day for everything. This is the maximum because I have bills to pay and other things to deal with. I hope that’s enough money. I prefer the supplementation to be as easy as possible. And as far as meals go know that I only have a toaster oven and a microwave.

Milk and cheese is not a big deal because I eat them very infrequently. I take one cream in my coffee that I have once a day. I may use Parmesan cheese which does not cause me any issues. But it’s rare that I’ll drink a glass of milk or eat a bunch of cheese. It’s very minimal so keep that in mind. If I take lactose pills I can eat any dairy I like but those pills are too expensive for me.

I have two 10 pound dumbbells for equipment. I can give you a half hour a day for exercise and keep in mind it has to be inside because I can’t go outside. If there’s anything else I need I can see if I can borrow the money.

on the complex carbohydrates I like potatoes, wheat bread or multi grain bread, brown rice as long as I don’t have to taste the brown yucky taste. I do not like fish but I love shellfish. I have a huge depletion of vitamin D most likely because I’m never in the sun. So I think that’s important to look at.

I hope I’ve answered all your questions if not just let me know what else. God bless you my brother for doing this for me!

im glad the cocktail of meds are working for you. As for your sleep, I think if you have mental health issues its better to over sleep than under sleep. For an average person 12 hours are alot, but for us we compensate for all the stress anxiety and ocd gives us by sleeping more, its normal and its a natural. Though for overall health I think if you can make these 12 hours of sleep at night it would be much much much better for you hormonal health and fat burning (circadian rhythm). So 6am wake up 6pm sleep or, 8am wake up and 8pm go to bed or 10am to 10pm. 20 bucks a day thats 600 bucks a month, its already a good budget, I think I can put a good diet and supplementation plan while keeping it simple and minimal as you said. The nice thing about minimal diets is that we can focus on certain types of food that will give all benefits of the entire food group its from. So for example to get the benefits of vegetables, just buy some frozen spinach, add water pop in microwave to defrost add some condiment and viola! Dont want to deal with cooking and microwaving just eat kale. Want to get the benefits of all fruits? just eat blueberries and they can come frozen too and have more nutrients than fresh. Benefits of all dairy products without the harm and issues dairy gives you? 1 scoop of whey isolate lactose free protein powder. You get it. As for equipment, could you do pull ups anywhere in your place? 30min is all you need. What we'll do is 1 day cardio and 1 day full body workout using you own body weight. Cardio could just be jumping jacks for 30 min or skipping rope if you can afford one. How are you with wheat and gluten products? how are you with nuts and seeds? do you prefer you fat coming from oils or nuts? Do you like oats? they are cheap and healthy carb source and barley needs any cooking. Could you go caffeine free? meaning switching to decaf coffee and no diet cokes? if you must have some fizz you can always drink unsweetened carbonated water with a squeeze of lemon/lime. I find quitting caffeine does wonders for anxiety, ocd, and regulating your sleep cycle. Also some of the meds your taking cause constipation, are you constipated? How are your bowel movements and how many a day? No one knows you best so some "healthy foods" may not agree with you. What foods do you find you digest best? and what causes bloating and gas so we can avoid them. Where do you buy your groceries from? if online, could you order stuff that is fresh like ground beef or frozen fruits and veggies? How many times a day you prefer to eat? twice, three times, four times? i think 5 or 6 meals are way too much distracting but better for metabolism. Do you have a food scale? if not, just order cheap measuring cups. They usually are a bundle that have 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup and 1 full cup. Some also have measuring spoons too, 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp and 1 full tsp 1/4 tbsp, 1/2 tbsp 1 full tbsp. It'll help you us to measure so we can know how much macros and calories your consuming. Any blender at home? for shakes and smoothies? could you buy the cheapest one you can afford? Once you get an email from your doctor and find out your blood type send me an email!
God bless!
