Hey guys, just joined the site. I'm so new, they haven't even sent me to username and password for the members section :P

Just thought I'd do a little intro:
I'm a 22 year old Canadian, Greek ethnicity. Not a very large guy, body-wise, and I've actually never measured myself down below. Truth be told, I feel like I may be below average size and girth, but that's not the reason I joined this site. I joined because I love watching "big dick" adult entertainment. Whenever I see a hot, slim woman getting stuffed by some 10-11 incher, I just lose my shit. I want to be one of those guys, and while I am aware that it's not likely I'll ever reach those huge sizes (I feel this is especially true if I am under-average), it'd be nice to get some "wow" looks from the ladies when the pants come off. :D

So that's that, lol.

One quick question, can someone explain all these acronyms with measurements? I see 7-8 different ones in peoples signatures, and it's confusing the hell out of me. Is there somewhere I can see these, and also how to measure according to them?

The best place to start is to read through some of the stickies found in the Newbie Forum, these will help you start to understand the process.

Once you gain access to the Members Section you will be able to watch videos to learn much of the process. If you need anything just ask.
 
Thanks DLD. I got my user and pass and did the routine in the shower last night.
Afterwards, though, a thought struck me: are the phase 1 exercises put on that schedule for a reason? Meaning, am I supposed to wait 5 hours between the stretches and the jelq?

No, you can do the routine in any way you like. I personally like doing length in the AM and girth in the PM so I wrote it that way.
 
that's great to hear. I work from 9-5 on weekdays, so for th epast 2 days I've had to do my entire program in the evening when I get home. I can do my kegels at my desk while working, sure, but if I'd do anything else it would need to be without a warm-up/warm-down. How important is the warm-up? could I maybe even get away with doing a "dry warm-up", as in just giving myself a soft massage?

Remember in the Karate Kid when Miyagi rubs his hands together to generate friction heat?

Try that and use your hot hands to massage, stretch and jelq as a quick warm up.

Also take a piss before, your urine is at a higher temperature than your penis, that should warm it up.
