I believe it is the PC excercises. I do not do PC excercises but everytime someone asks this question that is the answer they recieve.

What I do for stronger erections is:
1) Do 50 kegels per day for a few days. This should improve them.
2)Add reverse kegels - Get as hard as possible, do a reverse kegel to make the glans balloon, then do a light kegel. Do 10-20 of these per day.
