Stretching question

I have my foreskin and when I do my manual stretches, I stretch with the foreskin covering my glans. Am I really limiting and wasting time by doing this? I like to believe that I put ample force into my stretches and I believe I hit my ligs, but how do I know that my ligs are being pulled and not just skin?

If your grip is tight you'll pull more of the internals. The looser the grip the more you affect only skin. But it would have to be really loose. If your grip is moving a wave of internals toward the glans you're fine.

I do that too, much easier.

If you feel an ache at the bottom of your penis (that is your ligaments) either straight after or the morning after then you are doing it correctly.
