Hi Guys,

I've searched the site for hours now and I haven't found quite what I'm looking for in terms of how to stretch properly. I started two days ago and grab my dick just under the head and do DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. The trouble is it hurts my the head (glans I think?) because my grip makes the head shrivel up. It's sort of painful for my head, so I don't pull that hard. Am I doing something wrong? Any tips? Thanks!
 
What i like to do is get a bit of blood in the head, and grip below the head. This way there's something more substantial to pull on.
 
Try to use a bit of baby powder too, this will increase grip.
 
so i shouldnt be squeezing the top of my head with my index finger and thumb and pulling....so is the proper way to grab below the head of the shaft?

You need to stretch with intensity but use your head.
 
I believe I had a good stretch going last nite. I wake up this morning nd find my lower stomach muscles are soar. Is this good or yoo much?

Wow, I forgot about that feeling! Yes, I used to get this after a really intense workout, almost like I trained my abs.
 
I've been getting that too the last few days. I like it, like sore abs after a workout, because I feel like I've done something... as long as it's not true pain.
