I still have my foreskin so my head is EXTREMELY sensetive especialy the bottom of it. I have tried to pull the foreskin back and grab below the head but its just to damn painfull to stretch that way.

I can do some stretches with the foreskin not retracted but it usualy ends with my hand slipping over the head or the skin getting extremely stretched(I have gotten some uggly ass stretch marks on my foreskin). I have gained some lengt so obviously it works a bit but feels like I cant realy get that good deep stretch when doing the stretching.

How should I stretch? Is there any way to make the head less sensitive so I can grab it without pain(but then again Im not sure I want to lose any sensation down there)?? Or any other way I can stretch?

I would love input from other uncircumsized guys and what they have done to work around the foreskin problem.
 
The underside of my glans used to be sensitive, borderline painful during stretching exercises. What I found helped was building up a resistance, like rubbing with a towel a little harder or more thoroughly each day while cleaning or during warmups. Also a warm up helped a lot, wiping off the glans at the end helped with grip, as well as waiting till after the glans dried again and wiping with a dry towel gave me optimum grip. Good luck!

But what about the loss of sensitivity and sex? Wouldnt a less sensetive head mean less joy out of sex??
 
Oh no, he doesn't get THAT de-sensitized. He just builds up enough resistance to withstand hand grip. As for sex, I have not noticed a decrease at all in pleasure. For that kind of loss you'd have to rub 'im with sandpaper :P

Just make sure you keep the goal of being able to grip him in mind, and after you get to that point you can kind of trail off with the resistance training. All I do with the warm wrap now is kinda just press gently with hand pressure to let the heat seep in. Then the only thing I actually apply friction with would be the dry towel.

lol ok good to know that. How long did it take you to de sensitize the bastard enoug to be able to grab and stretch?
 
Mm, for some reason I have the timeframe of 1 to 2 weeks stuck in my head. But it's been a little while since I had to do those so don't quote me on that :P. Good luck!

Thats it! It is all about building up an endurance to the sensitivity. I have a nephew that is uncircumcised and I am always telling him to pull his foreskin back when he pees and to clean his glans after each time he pees. I think that the exposure will help with sensitivity issues later.
 
Seems like its very easy to de sensitize the head. 4 days ago it was painfull to pul back the foreskinn all the way. 3 days ago I could barely touch it, 2 days ago I could do some very easy stretching, yesterday a bit harder and today I was very close to going all out on the stretching :)

I do it right after my jelqing to while in the bathtub seems to help alot.
