When sitting stretch from underneath each leg. Grab the head when your arm is around the outside of the leg and pull to the left and right. While doing so lean a little in the opposite direction. Stretch to the right and lean to the left etc.

SSJs: Use your leg, or even better the chair's arm to support the tension of pushing down. That way you never get tired.

I'm sure experienced peeps have figured this out for themselves, but just in case.

Its when you get fully erect, use one hand to grab the base and keep blood in, while the other pushes down on the head to make a bend. Hold for 1-2 minutes.

I believe stretching downward is what prevents uneven girth.
