ok, i' ve figured that pe thing out for myself a little bit and for now it goes right, but i have just one thing to ask that concerns me a lot: what happens if we just stop ? What is going to happen to my gainings? Am I going to loose them, are they going to stay ? Have someone ever stopped for more than a few months?
u need to cement ur gains which means when u get to ur size u continue doing the last routine u were doing for like 6 months then u can retire but people say u should always kegal and jelq once or twice a week aslong as u cement ur gains they will be permanat also u should join the pay site part because it has info that really puts thingsw into perspective really worth the 50 bucks
