What's the best method to stay unturtled? i notice my flaccid turtles the most when I'm out walking around.

I heard wrapping works good but don't you have to take a breaak every q5 minutes or so to restore circulation?

I went to the sporting goods store and bought a couple golf weights (ringed with a hole in the middle.), to the adult toy store and bought a bead and hose adjustable cock ring, then cut a strip of thin sweatshirt to go around the base of the head twice. Put the golf weight over the shaft, wrap the strip around the base of the head, then put the adjustable cock ring over the strip of sweatshirt just tight enough so the golf weight doesn't slide off. Shouldn't restrict flow to the head. Of course slide the weight down to the head. I find I can wear 2 of the weights all day without cutting off circulation to the head. The weight isn't for stretching the penis, just keeps it from turtling all day. Good luck.

What's your overall health like?
Circulation is a big issue when talking about non-aroused levels of engorgement.
Without getting too far into details nobody really needs to hear anyways, I'll just say that I'm much more likely to turtle up when I have any "digestive" or "elimination" issues.

The cleaner I am the "hangier" I am.
Another thing is tension; any kind of stress, excess caffeine and, somewhat counterintuitively; lack of exercise all lend a hand in creating turtles.
Sometimes there are answers you'd never even consider; take a look at your environment and see what might need a little tweaking.
 
Opposite of turtled, of course.

"Turtled" or "turtling" refers to when your penis retracts, like when it's plunged into cold water, and you lose most or all of your flaccid size.

I start at the base and work my way up to just below the glans. The idea is to get further length extended with each wrap. There will be a video soon.
