So I'm trying to be slightly scientific about pe now. Since I gained nothing in my first two weeks on the phase 1 routine (I felt like it was kinda light) I went back to a mix of exercises I felt were much more effective. I'm trying to stretch everyday more than once a day too even if only couple minutes at a time. Girth on 2 off 1. I did this for two days took a day off then measure just before bed. bpfs is up 1/4 of an inch in 2 days!!!!! This must be a fluk but anyways I'm gonna keep this updated. I plan not to measure for the next 2 weeks. If anyone is reading this I highly recommend stretching multiple times throughout the day (even though my experience with this is very limited).
