That seems to be the theme of my entire pe career. But good luck amigo, if you're consistent, I see no reason why anyone shouldn't gain.
 
man pe is a hard game to stay consistent for a long period of time...i commend anyone that can do it for months or years straight...but the good thing is you come back to it...try to do better and stay motivated than before...good luck with your gains
 
So I'm trying to be slightly scientific about pe now. Since I gained nothing in my first two weeks on the phase 1 routine (I felt like it was kinda light) I went back to a mix of exercises I felt were much more effective. I'm trying to stretch everyday more than once a day too even if only couple minutes at a time. Girth on 2 off 1. I did this for two days took a day off then measure just before bed. bpfs is up 1/4 of an inch in 2 days!!!!! This must be a fluk but anyways I'm gonna keep this updated. I plan not to measure for the next 2 weeks. If anyone is reading this I highly recommend stretching multiple times throughout the day (even though my experience with this is very limited).

Sounds like you measured just at the point of growth. You stretch 2x a day? What is your time length. I think that would be to much for me.
 
Sorry it took so long to answer the question. Actually I only kept up the stretching twice a day for a couple days. It is time consuming. I'm figuring that lots of stress is good since the hangers seem to make great gains. I really want to get back to the twice a day thing. My plan is to do a 5-10 minute set, really hard stretching maybe up to a few times a day. This will keep time down, and also keep stretching to a max, 15 minutes into a stretching routine I will get fatigued, bored, etc and it just doesn't seem optimal. I'll keep things posted.

k, life's been crazy.....Finally getting back into a set routine here

bpel - 7 2/16
eg - 5 8/16
bpfs - 7 12/16

playin around with exercises, be back once I get a set routine
 
changing up the routine...... more time on stretching and more intense girth work....this one feels like a keeper.

LENGTH

6 - 60 sec bundled a-stretches upward angle
4 - 30 sec footlongs
5 - 30 sec down to the left
5 - 30 sec down to the right
5 - 30 sec straight down
5 - 30 sec straightout to the left
5 - 30 sec straightout to the right
5 - 30 sec straight out
5 - 30 sec up to the left
5 - 30 sec up to the right
5 - 30 sec straight up

get a nice burn in the ligs even on the upward stretches

GIRTH

following what RED suggested to another member.....

on week 2

2- 10 minutes clamped - no exercises just light edging to keep blood flow

next week 1 - 15minute clamp and I'm gonna play around with a few squeezes and wet jelqs

Stretching everyday and girth everyother.....except today --sore so I'm off
 
Ok it's been exactly a month since starting the new routine and I've had the last 4 days off so any temp gains should have worn off.

Results

1/8" in bpel (now at 7 1/4")
nothing in girth :(
 
I should also note that over the last 2 weeks or so I've been doing the straight out and upward stretches semi erect. Maybe this is a key for me because this is the fastest I've gained erect length and I'm almost sure I've just doubled my gains in that department......been at it for 4 years now....best time I've had reading off a ruler :)
