SSJ question

I've recently started doing SSJs, having done Penis Enlargement for quite a while (2 years on and off), so i am experienced enough, and I was wondering whether it is meant to be as uncomfortable as it is. Is it meant to be done absolutely fully erect or only semi, because just 1 or 2 SSJs will make loads of red spots come out all over my penis. Anyone else find them as uncomfortable as I do?

On the other hand, the pump i get from them is amazing, especially if I do sort of 5 at say 4 intervals throughout the day. My flaccid feels much thicker, if a bit bruised, but it definitely seems like a great exercise, and the only problem is it is slightly painful to do!

It is a very intense exercise and in the beginning some will see some bruising but this will fade with time. After about a week of doing them my penis became used to them and the only side effect I got was a thicker penis.

What a horroble side effect. DLD, is there anything one can do to reduce it? lol
 
Thats really helpful DLD. How many did u usually do per day to get used to this exercise, cos at the moment i'm not doing any more than 10 really.
