Ok I'm going to add a coupld of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] into my workout today.
I want to know if I'm doing the exercise right.
This is how I understand it.

I get between 90-100% erect. I do a Uli,with clamp hand I push forward about an inch to increase expansion. Then I squash the head and hold for 30-120 secounds.

Is that right?

Also I'm thinking of once doing the uli and pushing the clamped hand forward an inch ,then just sitting my glands and neck on the counter and using my palm to squash my glands flat as possible. Is that the correct way?

I tried these I did about 5 of them. The exspansion was so great as I could see red spots suddenly appear out of nowhere. My tabernacles also stuck out
I think I gained close to a half inch during the exspansion during the exercise, but only a temp 1cm gain measureing after the exercise.

Thats right where you wanna be. Girth is all about expansion, expansion beyond the norm.
