I want to know if I'm doing the exercise right.
This is how I understand it.
I get between 90-100% erect. I do a Uli,with clamp hand I push forward about an inch to increase expansion. Then I squash the head and hold for 30-120 secounds.
Is that right?
Also I'm thinking of once doing the uli and pushing the clamped hand forward an inch ,then just sitting my glands and neck on the counter and using my palm to squash my glands flat as possible. Is that the correct way?
