Alright first off I had a great workout yesterday, but the only problem is that my dick still feels sore, and my workout is in 3 hours. Should I wait for the soreness to go away or should i still do my workout... what should i do?

Sore could be a good thing when sore in the right "spots" like ligs/base, tunica/glans. I would work up to the next workout with increasing intensity. Feel it out, and the soreness could be to your advantage. If your penis doesn't respond, or you have a negative perspective with the workout back-off. You will increase intensity with your workouts in the future, both physical, and psychological. Work up to a "great workout" everyday.
 
So you're saying its not dangerous or regressive to workout with a sore dick?
I dont want to slow down my progress or anything..


p.s. the tunica and up by the head where i grip to stretch are the only things that feel sore

I'm saying it's your penis. I do not feel your soreness, so you need to become the master of your cock. Know your limits, and work around them.
 
Honestly, I always find that when i get soreness, if i take a day off, my flacid stretch length grows, which is said to be a sign of gains, that's been my experience...

I've been trying not to as much. I've also noticed an increase in size... also the 2 days on 1 day off idea will prevent overworking. I think overworking the PC muscle is the only problem that I havent worked out yet... WHENEVER I DO PC FLEXES IT TURTLES UP <:( .. but its cool i just stretch the mother out whenever it tries to hide...
My exercise takes about 45 minutes with about 25 minutes of actual working out...
