Sore could be a good thing when sore in the right "spots" like ligs/base, tunica/glans. I would work up to the next workout with increasing intensity. Feel it out, and the soreness could be to your advantage. If your penis doesn't respond, or you have a negative perspective with the workout back-off. You will increase intensity with your workouts in the future, both physical, and psychological.
