I'm somewhat of a new Penis Enlargement'er, I started around June 2011 when I was 16 and have been doing it ever since(stats should be in sig). I'm currently 18 and not sure if I should add more exercises than I'm currently doing or stick with it for a little bit longer. Lately with the addition of the clamping I've settled into a more consistent workout of going to the gym for my body and going home with this routiine
30 sec stretch outright, down , and up
1. 30 sec Inner Stretch
2. 30 helicopter cranks clockwise and counter-clockwise
3. 30 sec A- Stretch
Repeat 1-3 3 times
2 min Tunica Tugs

50 light jelqs
3 10 minute clamping sessions with 5 min rests between sets

Bed Fowfer throughout the day.

I've come to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] wondering if this is enough, should I take hanging for the length gains that I want or are more gains possible from manual exercises and also should I continue my clamping. My clamping gave me slight increases after a week or two but lately I haven't been getting as much expansion from clamping.

And for the people that usually ask in these forums I'm about 6 ft. , black, big hands, size 13 shoe even though it has nothing to do with penis size.
