Some insecurities about my girth

Hello!

I may have talked about this before perhaps, but now and then my insecurities appear and i somehow need to tackle them, maybe you can help me.

If i hold the measuring tape around the middle of my shaft naturally without compressing i measure 4.9 inches. Exactly like any casual guy would do.
But it is however pretty easily compressible in my opinion and it's not until down to about 4.5 inches where it is hard to squeeze any further and if i would want to
get to an even smaller size i would have to strangle my penis. I just wonder.. What will the girl experience when i enter her vagina, my 4.9 inches or my 4.5 inches?
4.5 inches is where i feel safe to say: "This is the core"

I have come to the conclusion that it is my CS creating this 4.9 inches of girth, while the CC's is 4.5 inches. Because obviously i push through my CS
as the "CS" is softer and a lot easier to compress.

I'm just asking because my worst nightmare would be a girl not feeling anything when we have sex.
I guess you can hit the g-spot and she will feel something anyway, but i want her to feel the vaginal walls getting pushed aswell.
I don't want it to be just a "stick" poking on some "button"

What does more depth do to vaginal stimulation? Depth is what i really pack on with PE.

Listen, the avg penis girth is about 4.5-5 inches give or take. As for the depth of a vag, its depends on the female. If not aroused they say its 3-4 inches when aroused can get as deep as 7 inches. So believe me she will feel you in her. lol.
Measure something your girth and look at it. Now imagine that item going in something? ha its weird but it gives you a different perspective of your size in honesty.

As for your CC/Cs a vag isnt going to compress ur penis as a tape measure. So as long as there is slack from ur cc/cs ur good with that measurement.

Quit stressing. You are right at average. Don't strangle your penis to measure your girth. If your girth is bigger around than the widest point on your thumb, she will feel you during sex.
 
keep working on your eq with kegels jelqs and ulis. eat clean avoid smoking and getting drunk etc. there are lots of good natural herbs you can try too

Nope, i had sex when i didn't knew about PE, i had to have sex living with concerns and just accept the fact.
But i wouldn't go for one night stands. In case it breaks my confidence.
Bad confidence is also something i have to live with and accept. It is developed to my human nature to have bad self esteem.
I'm somewhat a broken human that only wants good and the world is turning bad. :D

I think you're worrying too much just like others say you are. Be patient with your size and just focus on your girth work rather than worrying.

Controlling concerns and worries is nothing i can do as easy as you make it to sound like.
It's like i would say to you to do something you feel is "impossible" to handle or control and talk like it is a piece of a cake.
It doesn't work like that in reality. It is in my nature to be emotional.

Ye, sometimes i work on my girth and sometimes the concerns come by. I don't feel in the same state as when i wrote
these types of thing before at the moment. It is like i'm changing behaviours/feelings/attitudes easily, my emotions control me.

This is where discipline of the mind to match the intensity and discipline of your PE routine is one of the key components...and aligning the two can be a bigger challenge than the 'gain' itself. I know what you're saying and have felt what you're feeling and getting to the point where you've 'done-the-time' and made progress to the point where your mind has no other choice but to accept the reality of the 'new' you. Try to ignore the negative voices, (very difficult to do) and if you can't ignore them, change one word in what you're hearing to make it a 'positive'. The only way this can work is if you truly know 100% that your girth is plenty enough for right now and the work that you put-forth will only solidify that truth.

I used to have to take a mental hand grenade to obliterate any thought that was incongruent to what I was trying to achieve...now the voices in my head just talk dirty, lol

Stay strong, do affirmations every minute if you have to...YOU WILL OVERCOME because there is no other option!

Oh I see. If it's a difficult thing what normally helps you mentally in a tough state like this. I don't know if you have previous experience with techniques to help you but we can start there.

Can i ask.. I have recently got myself pills for "anxiety" and such.
Can these help with sexual anxiety & relaxation aswell to boost performance?

Meds suck, especially long-term, but short-term they can safe your life... sometimes, I think, it could be...
 
I have been on antidepressants for 4days now, what i can feel is that i get random headaches sometimes.
I get more tired towards the evening and i don't sleep as much as i usually do. It's like my body wants to wake up. This is really good for me since my diurnal rhythm usually fluctuates drastically.
Which makes it hard for me to live properly.

Everyone says meds are bad etc, but yeah i don't know. I have a hard time figuring out the problem with me and how i can live a normal life without any interuptions.
I need to stay motivated and hungry for life, and i need something to help me handle my diurnal rhythm so i can handle important tasks during my day.

Just make sure that if the side effects get worse or you get tired of them, back off your medication. I don't want you to have to deal with side effects just to get rid of other issues. You're replacing problems with other problems. Just be safe please.

My mother and father both have good experience from medications.

I was smoking marijuana heavily when I made all my length gains. I must admit it made me lazy.
