I was recently circumcised, and I think it's too tight because the scrotum is high on the shaft when I'm erect, so much that I'm losing about 1-and-a-half to 2 inches.

It's hard for doctors to know how much to take off, and I told him I wanted it tight, so I guess it's partially my fault.

Regardless, what's the best move here? All I want to do is move the scrotum about 1-2 inches lower. However, if I do ball-stretching exercises, wouldn't this just result in 1-2 inches of turkey neck or looser skin?

Would it be better to stretch the skin nearer the top of the shaft so that I'd gain 1-2 inches of tighter skin around the shaft? I'm leaning towards this option.

The weird thing is, it looks as if my balls still hang pretty low. If I did ball-stretching exercises, they'd hang even lower which I'm not crazy about.

Just wondering if there's any people on here who have had similar experiences or can share advice. If I do foreskin expansion around the middle of the shaft, which exercise should I specifically do? And are there any possible negative side effects from taking this course of action?

Honestly, if your scrotum is too tight now, you don't want to loosen it up because yes, you will end up with a classic turkey neck & you don't want the hassle of having one & going thru w/ surgery if it came down to it.


If I was you, i would leave my ballsack tight and do the reverse erect skin stretch to help add mobility to the skin & movement of the shaft. It should do the trick with the least hassle.

That's what I'm worried about the most, getting it all loose. All I want is to lower the scrotum by 1-2 inches and keep the skin tight around the shaft when erect.

What's a reverse erect skin stretch and where could I find out more about it? Does it have to do with foreskin restoration?

And my last question is, will this cause me to revert back to an 'uncut' state? That was the whole reason I got circ'ed, so if I do the 'reverse erect skin stretch' will the foreskin start covering up the glans when flaccid? Thanks a lot.

Give my Testicle stretch and Massage a try. Lower balls, no turkey neck and your penis will hang longer.

Also, on a sidenote..I heard Supra had to have surgery(a Z-plasty I believe it was called) to correct his turkey neck - how did that turn out? Does anyone know how it looks?

I don't think SUPRA ever went through with that. The exercise is pretty easy to convey. Basically, grab the top of your scrotum with one hand (balls below) and grab the penis with the other hand (just below glans) stretch balls down/cock up and then cock down, balls up. I do 30 second hold for each and do about 10 sets.

Oh, I am cut but I have restored about 50% of my foreskin.

Hey, I've got a question for anyone who's knowledgeable about this subject.

I've been in contact with my doctor and told him I thought the circ was a little too tight, as the scrotum was locked onto the shaft when erect.

He said there is a scrotal muscle tethered to the shaft. Does anyone know if this is a possibility? He said this is a condition in certain men and that he would fix it for free if I so wish.

However, when I look at my penis, I can't see any scrotal muscle. It just looks like a too tight circ. Now I really don't know. Has anyone ever had this condition before?
