Simple ways to increase left and right stretch intensity (video)

I came with and idea to turn my feet in the opposite side of stretch, it resulted in suspensory ligament increased stretched by 10-20%. Try these also, and thanks Kyo for posting the video, I like it very much, gonna try this way to stretch.
P.S Side stretches are my fav to work, always facing great tissue stretch, and my dorsal ligs are going wild

Nice! And thank you for the feet tip. I'll be keeping that in mind for every side stretch :)
 
Body position can be a huge factor in intensity when used the right way. I have come out with a few body weight stretches that are extremely powerful. Sink and Tub stretches are good examples.

A standing bar or pull up bar can help with stretching too. Place your dick over or under the bar and let your bodyweight pull as you hold onto your dick under the glans from the other side. OH SHIT I GOT A PULL UP BAR I CAN USE I FORGOT

Tub stretch is awesome, but I actually use the chair instead it is taller and fit my height perfectly.
 
What also works good is to pull your pants down so the drawstring area goes parallel with area underneath base, what I do next is to grab small wooden piece from broomstick(or square piece of wood doesn't really matter the shape, round - square) and place it on my drawstring (which works as a holder of the piece) and with my dick I do cover over wood piece. It is not something WOW but it is suitably you can't say. Works best in standing position, at least to me.

Purpose: To create a better intense stretch in the left and right stretch

Method 1: Use 2 hands to stretch in 1 direction
Method 2: Lift up a leg and drive your hips and waist towards the opposite direction that you're stretching your penis.
Method 3: Combine both method 1 and 2 with optional theraband assistance

Pretty east to understand. It is a simple fulcrum stretch using two hands stretching against a raised leg.
