Hi guys how are you all doing, I was just wondering if it was normal to go from 5.75 to 5.66 after taking a week off Penis Enlargement. I guess it is ok as those were gains that I havent cemented yet. I am taking a week decon time in order to begin my new routine next week.

that could just be the measurements for me to hit 6.5 i really gotta pump the blood into that thing or else it will creep lower. u probably didnt lose anything in a weeks time.
 
You need stay consistent with a routine and don't miss any days, never take a day off at least do something everyday how ever little.
 
I know but I was suggested to take a decon break to hit my penis with an updated routine and intensity to increase my gains, as they have been kind of slow.
 
Doesn't sound right I've not Penis Enlargement'd since Last Friday (was sick) and I've not lost anything...course I don't know if I had gained anything it was only about a week or so of solid Penis Enlargement work....who knows


sounds more like you just had weaker erections (the penis -was- recovering/healing during this off-time) so maybe that's all it is.

I had like 20 days off, no exercises at all...and didn't lost any gains. I'm back now with exercises aiming (with passion rofl ) for my 18 cm.
