I’m wondering if I should fap daily in order to speed up gains... I have this feeling my dick gives too much resistance and I want to gain with relatively light weights. I’m currently at 14 pounds but I can’t do the 3rd set already, it’s causing too much fatigue.
If I fap before my bundles and then do my hanging, I get more fatigue so I need to lower weights and continue the progress.
On the other hand, i’m afraid that i’m depleting myself or something and I won’t get any consistent measures. If I do “nofap” my dick heals too quick or gets stronger, I don’t want that. I want tunica fatigue all day long 24/7. I have no days off and I want to destroy it more.
Well, I should only measure every month so what to do?
So I fapped few time this week and today.
I’ve measured a slight decrease in length due to drop in EQ. I don’t care. I’m 7 inchss now and with 100% i’m 7.3 inches.
My best bet is to stay in absolute fatigue right? Like I only give my tunica 16-24 hours rest. Depends on what time I will be hanging.
Sometimes I have in the evening and next day I hang at noon 1-2PM. Depends on my schedule.
That’s really it guys, there are no more tricks to do unfortunately. I’m pressed with time, and I get 2 hours of consistent PE in daily. Hanging & some jelqing.
