Are there stretching methodes that advice short pulls and a lot of force? I was thinking about this, because for example in lifting weights, short reps with heavy weights are more for big muscle tissue (white muscles), whereas long reps with lighter weights are more for the endurance of the muscle (red muscles).

Any thoughts on this?
 
The penis is not a muscle. You have to apply intensity for a certain amount of time in order to provoke new growth. Penis Enlargement is simpler than weight lifting in theory, but for a lot (incl. me) harder in reality.
 
Personally i am a fan of doing extreme hard stretches after a good warm up. And then for the rest of the workout keeping it a little down. So you really pull above your normal max stretch.

But try and find out what works for yourself.
 
There is a stretch that I like to do sometimes, I can't remember the name of it, created by DLD, and you must have an intermediate level of exercising as a newbie can injure themself from too much force in the beginning. Pull in one second full out stretches with intesity. Just do a set of 10 and see how it feels. You pull, relax, pull, relax, pull, relax. I find fatigue in the stretch quickly and please exercise with caution. If your penis made a sound it should sound like, "boing, boing, boing, boing, boing". :)
