Shock moment during stretching

Hi guys,
a few days ago I had a shock moment during stretching. I was doing a normal behind the cheeks stretch and i had a good stretch in my penis. Suddenly for a split second there was a sound as if you try to rip a piece of cloth. I was shocked and immediately stopped. However, I had no pain or visible signs that something has happened. The last four days I waited to see if anything changed, but nothing happened. The penis completely feels the same. Did this happen to anyone of you?

this has happened to me when i used my foot to push my hand downward for extra force though i kept going just more caucious of the intensity i was using i think its a sign that you were almost on the point of injury so that must mean injury is almost close to impossible if that happens before injury you gotta be insane to keep pulling aftee that like i let go instantly aswell ahha

From what I read now I think that it was a ligament pop, at least I hope it was. After this sound I felt a light soreness for about half an hour.

Did the soreness feel like it was coming from under the base?

I would continue full steam ahead. Some people report gains after their lig pops. So all the more reason to push forward.

Yeah indeed!

I think i'll start with some light stretching tomorrow.

Then this is definitely a log pop, nothing to worry about. It is air being released from the pubic bone when you pull the ligaments away, it makes a crack sound...a lot like cracking your knuckles.

Some people also report the tearing sound. Think the pop is more common don't you think?
Maybe it will get a name change in the future.

Never heard of that. I've had the tearing feeling is suks, so I just stretch in the threshold of soreness not stinging

I mostly gets pops when I am fully erect and I go against my erection angle. It is a surprise but never painful just more of a WTF moment.

i hate lig pops. just find them mildly uncomfortable and weird. i always just kept stretching right after it happened. except the first time maybe but i dont remember

Despite doing this for nearly 10 years, I do not ever recall experiencing this, I have only read about it on this site.

Some men get them and other don't. I never get them when stretching but always get them when erect and press against my erection angle. Like I said, they sound scary but nothing to worry about, just air being released from the pubic bone.

I'm one of those people that has never experienced this lip pop. Many people haven't experienced it neither.
