I want to increase my semen volume/sperm volume and I'm torn between two different approaches to increase this. Keep in mind that I want to increase the volume regularly, not just for one cum sesh.

Should I
A) Decrease the amount that I masturbate. Including masturbating and sex I probably cum on average 3-4 times per week. I understand that by preventing myself from masturbating that I will inherently store more semen and therefor will have a larger load, but I want to increase my volume on a regular basis. With this understood, should I

B) Increase the amount I masturbate to say once a day. My thought is that by forcing to masturbate once a day, I will demand more semen, therefor causing my natural production of semen to increase, therefor having an increased regular semen volume

This seems to be a point of interest for many people here. I know one of my main goals in performing Penis Enlargement exercises was to improve sexual health. Along with that was to increase the intensity of my orgasm and ejaculate. One of the best things I've seen for increasing volume without having to take anything is to just edge. Come close to ejaculating and hold back, then go some more. Do it multiple time, and when you finally blow, it will be quite a bit more than usual. Works every time for me.

Best advice ever. Ever since I've been edging, I've learned to control when to cum. I even edge within the clamp, which engorges the penis more.
