Phases will last as long as you are gaining with the Phase. SO if you are on Phase 1 and gaining, even a year in, stay with it. The only time to switch to a new routine is when the old routine has plateaued and gains have stopped. Even then, I advise that you simply step up the intensity of the current routine before switching. If you go for 4-6 weeks with out any new gains then it is time to look at your routine.

Rest days are really up to the user. I like 7 on with no rest and that works for me. You may find that every other day is better for you.
 
I do not understand very well the language and so I want to ask each phase in how much time should be implemented and whether the exercises are made every day or every other day not to prenatovarva penis.

Yes, this is fluid retention and will leave after a few hours. A good way to avoid this and increase expansion is to work in jelqing sessions during your pumping. A good system for me is 5 minutes pumping, 5 minutes jelqing and repeat 3x.
 
Thanks I did 2 seessions of 15 minutes with 200 reps of Jelq in between sessions and got fluid retention but it did good away. I been trying your sock stretches and getting a good pull and stretch.
