I had to call it a day... even hanging only 5 lbs, my dick felt like it was about to be ripped off. Doing this program of multiple, intense workouts in a day seems to be VERY effective; after 2 days my dick was fatigued/sore like you wouldn't believe. Hopefully I can work up to doing it everyday.

I had to make it a light day due to a minor thrombosis. I am taking the weekend off to let it get better and will pick up on Monday with as much intensity as allowed.
 
Tuesday, April 12, 2005:

Afternoon (4:00 PM)-
(2) 15 min hang set @ 10 lbs
200 medium intensity wet jelqs w/ medium intesity squeezes mixed in

After taking 3 days off, the thrombosis seems to have healed, but I took a liitle lighter than normal just be safe after the time off.

Thanks man. My short term goal is be able to do this routine 6 on/1 off. Long term goal is 8 NBP x 6.5. Not sure if that's realistic or not for me, but 8 BP x 6 would let me sleep easily at night.

Great workout today. My max expansion girth was bumped about 1/8 over what I was getting to last week. Hopefully this is a step forward in girth.

That's A good size. That was appx my original goal, but then I got greedy. Anything over 7 NBP is gravy to me, but monster girth is what I really want. Unfortunately, EG is tough to gain, so we'll see how it goes.

When I pulled my rig off after the first hang set I noticed a drop of blood on the tip of my penis. I'm not sure where it came from and there was no pain associated. I went ahead and did the second set and some low intensity jelqs, but I think I'm going to take today (Thurs) off and try again tomorrow.
