I've been a long-time (on/off) PE'r with some success spread out over the course of years. I'm not teetering on 8" BPEL. Some of you may be familiar with my chemical PE experience as I had some success there. After that I had to basically stop PE for unrelated reasons.
Anyway, I have been diligently practicing PE once again since the Mid January. My routine started out with 50 - 100 Jelqs (1 rep = 3 or 4 seconds) some squeezes and fulcrum stretches with a golf club shaft. I'm now getting 100 -150 reps, fulcrum stretches, squeezes throughout the day and 100 quick PC squeezes ) not detailed but I get increasingly intense. I have been doing 6 days on and 1 day off.
My EQ is crap right now and I have a constantly half red cock. My hang has been going from nearly full length hang to maybe a 5 or 6 inch flaccid.... It Varies.
This week, I've had great hang on Monday and mildly lose thickness throughout the week.
I can't get a good Erect measurement since my EQ is crap and am not sure if I'm overworking my penis. Anything I should change? Add?
