Routine help please

Ok This is what its going to look like.. 15 min jelq.. 5 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] .. 15 min clamp .. Then try to hang 8 pounds for atleast 2 hours a day. Im going to do this routine mon-fri and sat and sun off.
 
Im thinking of taking clamping out of my routine because Ive herd that it take away from lenght sum how??? Is there any other girth excersise i can put in the place of that? Or is clamping really good to have in your routine?
 
I think the ladies would appreciate girth alot more than length. But it's your call.

I don't think clamping would hurt your length gains if you hang.
 
alright thanks but right now im about 7.8 bp and i would like to get alot more length. So do you guys think I should throw in some manual streches or would hanging for 2 hours b enough
