Hey Red, I do a variaton on the Cranks where I get about 50% hard and; grabbing and stretching with one hand I grab with the other just as deep as I can at the base. Let go with the stretch grip hand and crank slowly with the other as my hand "sorta-kinda" makes a jelqing motion towards the head. As the crank hand moves down the length and makes room, my other hand "skins back" the loose skin on my cock so that the tunica and septum are bearing the brunt of the cranking and stretching. As I get farther and farther down towards the head the pulling intensifies and my cranking distance gets larger, (think of an ever increasing spiral), then when that hand reaches the head the whole process starts over with the opposite hands.
I try to make the cranking motion effective not only from the base but also all along the length at the gripping point.
Each repition can take me up to a full minute to execute.
Not surprisingly this also turns into a pretty damn good hand-wrist-arm & shoulder workout !
If I do this while Sittin' in the Horse it's a quick, almost whole body, morning workout.
