Am not new here, but I have no idea what my account used to be. In the short time I did PE in the past, the longest being 4 months, I saw really rapid results, which were very encouraging for me at that time. I lost focus, which is a bullshit excuse, but I am committed to achieving my goal, now.
Ultimately, this boils down to discipline and consistency, which is why I fully intend to make this a healthy, 7-day a week habit, unless my body tells me I need to rest.
I plan to keep very meticulous details for this journal, and update at minimum, once a month. Pics to follow along with measurements; don't know what intervals, yet.
Starting block: Sept, 14 2015
Current: SSJs (1 hour per day) + x4 [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and manual stretches, clamp to be added shortly
Starting stats:
BPL 7.5;
NBP: 7.3;
BPL circumference: 5.0
Flaccid circumference: 4.5
Flaccid length: 5
Current stats:
BPL 8.0;
NBP: 7.7;
BPL circumference: 5.2
Flaccid circumference: 5.0
Flaccid length: 6.3
(all measurements in inches)
Preliminary goal: 9x6; these goal posts can be moved, but this is the benchmark, for now.
Deadline: Nov, 30th, 2017 for my first goal of 9x6. I like having deadlines as it helps motivate me as sand begins to run out of the hour glass.
Maintenance / recovery days: 9
