IGF-1 LR3 will work very well with any AAS that you choose to run. My experience with running IGF is that it's very similar to running HGH (only better in my opinion).

What exactly are your goals?? Are you trying to get huge, lean, etc...?? How many cycles have you done, if any?? Let us know what it is that you want to achieve so we can help you design a reasonable stack.

Well I am 6'2" 180lbs. I want to bulk up, but not fat. Just muscle. I dont want to be one of those huge guys though, not now, not yet. I just want lean muscle. Like 200/210 is my first major goal.

Also can you design a workout regimen. Cant do squats though. Havent lifted in a while, want to get back into it all. Never done a cycle before. Also would you reccomend NOT injecting into abs with IGF because stomach lining might accept IGF and I could get GHGut?
 
Holy fuck are you retarded? You're 6'2 180 pounds and you're thinking about doing drugs? Eat a LOT and train hard. That's all you need. I'm talking 2g/pound of bodyweight. And why can't you do squats? Nothing will put more mass on your body than squats and deadlifts! Please do some research before you start poking yourself with stuff you have no idea about!
 
Haha, I am not skinny, shit. I just aint bulky. I dont have partner to spot me and I dont have the setup to do squats. I got bench and machine (lots of exercises to do) @ home.
 
Wait, you're 18 though, right? According to what I've read on some body building forums, it's best to wait until you're at least 21 for steroids - perhaps even longer - because your endocrine system is not as solidly developed yet. I don't think that IGF-1 LR3 would be as bad though, someone around your age had mentioned using it for height increasing purposes.

Look, here is the straight truth whether or not you want to hear it. If your diet and training program are not in order than drugs won't do shit for you except makes your dick shrink. Take the money and invest it in a gym membership and lots of food.
 
Ya I am thinking to ditch steroids now. Did search, got reminded of all the side-effects and long-term effects. Only thing I might do is IGF-1 at the lower end of dosages.

I try to eat, I just dont have the apetite for it. Anyways, Ill try to increase apetite and get solid program going, and back on the whey :) Might do IGF-1 once I am back into training like my 3rd/4th month.

Igf-1 5 years ago used to be this super-hardcore drug that only the top pro's would take. Now every guy who has a Weider home gym is taking it (no offense).

At 6'2", I would wait until I got to 220-230 before starting on the juice.
 
You should have a few years of consistent training and a good diet going before you consider taking anything like that. The size of your legs will limit the size of your upperbody too. Squats are a must for anyone trying to bulk. If you aren't hungry but you need to eat to bulk up just look for calorie dense foods like a bagel with peanut butter on it. it's not very much to eat but its packed with a lot of calories.

I also agree with quijjiboo's statement. No one should do gear until you are ATLEAST 21 and have been training for 2 years minimum. Someone that is dedicated and serious that trains natural can gain a net of approximately 50 pounds of muscle in 2 years. Believe me I know and I'm considered a "hard gainer."
 
i am always been skinny, and still is.. i gained about 31-37 lbs of muscle from working out and eating right... but now i am thinking about doing sum AAS. I want to do sumthing basic and not so pricey. Should i do Deca or nandrolone as my first cycle.. if so, how many weeks should i do and how much mg should i be injecting? And is PCT necessary or i can just wait till my t-level goes back to normal, which would probably take 6 months

No worries, I decided to go completely natural. No roids, no IGF, not even creatine. Just protein and a good diet/routine. I am actually going to do HIT/HD training style as you can see at www.mikementzer.com who was also all natural.
 
LMFAO he was not a juicer dude. You can tell by the way he worked out. Roids help recovery time specifically. If he did juice he would do those 4 set per body part with lots of that "more is better" philosophy. It would be a waste and you would see much less results doing the philosophy he has written up.

Sorry, but you are one of those guys that sees someone huge and labels him a juicer. Look at his site, look at his philosophy, everything he wrote was anti-roid, all natural, and his whole workout was based on all natural. It would be a waste of time, money, and health for him to use roids based on the routine he had and was known to use his whole career.
 
Steroids specifically increase nitrogen retention,its been debated that you need up to 2g of test a week to see increased recovery time,do you seriously believe a man can make it to the mr olympia stage natural? i suppose you believe lee priest only uses 200mg test a week like he claims.

First MM did NOT build his physique using HIT he used a standard high volume approach,he changed over to HIT at the back end of his career.

also like arnie says in pumping iron steroid use back then was not illegal and it was no big deal.

Dorian yates trained with MM and followed a HIT style workouts,casey viator under jones followed HIT,both of these men admitted to drug use.

Remember MM at the end of his career made a living training ordinary people,do you think people would be as likely to follow his routines if he admitted drug use.
 
Well all I can say is I will leave you to your opinions, but I can say roids do NOT aid you when it comes to HIT, much if at all.

All I can say is I am taking the all natural HD/HIT route and I have known people with although not as superior in genetics and thus physique, pretty damn close, who took this approach.
 
Not just my opinion mate,just search on the net and you will find plenty off proof of what i say.

I used hit myself for a while when i was natural,natural for 11 years and yes it does work but so do a lot of other training styles i have experimented with.

If you want a good routine try randell strossen's 20 rep squat routine.
