Reverse Kegels

take your cawk and stretch it behind your ass (pulling upwards)
then your body will automatically do a reverse kegel

if you squeeze your but cheeks while doing this stretch , you will
do a reverse kegel , and let me tell you you feel it!

you need to learn it , cause stretches withought it are weak IMO
 
I'm getting better and better at them. The DLD Blasters are working much better now that I'm exhausting that muscle and hitting it in reverse. I can FEEL the difference now. After the blaster my limp dick looks like a mauled noodle. ;)
