I don't take rest days at all.....and I've found myself making gains.
I was reading the thread posted about the old 'Uli' routine, and decided to follow that and incorporate it with DLD's newbie stretching.
I believe that
no rest days is the way to go and is more effective.
I started on July 10th this year, so have been doing it just under 5 weeks...and have gained almost 3/4 inch BPFSL.
On the 10th of July I was 7 3/4 inches,...now I am just about 8 1/2 inches.
In 5 weeks.
That's with no rest days.
And I don't go mental and go medieval on my penis,..I just try to make sure I get a nice medium strength stretch, and firm squeeze with my Ulis.
Who said we need to take rest days anyway?
Your body doesn't just conveniently repair itself on rest days only, it's a continuous process of repair and growth.
As long as you don't go too mental battering your dick to death, then I'm sure you can consistently exercise every days constantly.
Apparently when people overtrain muscles in conventional bodybuilding, overtraining is possibly more to do with overstressing your nervous system.
I don't think your body just repairs and grows on selective rest days, it's a continuous process.
I do HST
weight training, and found that training whilst still sore every other day or so, I have made more progress than I ever did with conventional
weight training.
Likewise,...since I started Penis Enlargementing every single day without rest...I find myself making gains.
5 weeks....3/4 inch....something must be working.
