I just started hanging about two weeks ago. I started with 5 lbs, quickly moved to 7.5 lbs, then about a week later moved to 10 lbs, and almost immediately afterward went to 12.5 lbs. The only painful experience I have during hanging is from not really doing a good job with the wrap, yet. It's skin pain that I attribute to the rubber pinching when the wrap gets progressively tighter as I'm wrapping. That's something I think I can work out on my own. The real question concerns the pain I feel when I remove this heavier weight that I've been doing lately.
I'm hanging for 30 minutes, once a day, and toward the end I really feel a burn. At the end of the set, when I lift the chain and take tension off my penis, I get a shock of pain. I don't know if it is because of blood rushing back into the tissue, if it is from the strain being relaxed, or what. I thought I'd post to see if this was normal or something to be concerned with.
Thanks!
