So everyday now I've been doing stretching exercises on my johnson (I want to jelq but I have not purchased any lube yet) and I just had a couple questions:
1) Some people say the more you do; the better. Others say you need breaks in order for it to heal and grow. Is it wrong for me to be doing these exercises every day? And I often do them 5+ times a day, with a few minutes for each session just stretching it out on various directions.
2) Many people mention the use of a hotwrap or warm towel for warming up your privates; I have a portable heater in my room and I sorta just hang my dick over it until it gets warmed up. Is this just as effective?
