So I purchased tile, clamps, and pre wrap (for protection/cushion). I tried using the cable clamp at the base putting my erection at 95-100%. Then once i put the tile and clamps on, the pressure was SOO intense it felt like my penis was going to explode. So i couldnt do it. I then went at about 50% erection unclamped and performed 2 sets for 15 mins. It was comfortable, but i feel like im not going to get the full benefit out of the workout.
Is the clamping something i will need to build up to?
What are some feedback from people doing this exercise?
I know im going to get big things done the wrong from this though.
