This is a lig exercise I've experimented with and I believe it holds some potential....
(1) Warm up well, including the area around your pubis.
(2) Seize your unit with both hands (palms facing each other) and hold it straight out in front of you.
(3) Now lower your angle to about 8:00 LOT (if you go too low you won't be able to generate sufficient force).
(4) Push your penis downwards (about 8:00 LOT) very forcefully, but only hold the stretch for about a second or so, then quickly ease up.
(5) Repeat rapidly, trying to push your penis to the floor.....
1-sec push, 1-sec relax, 1-sec push, 1-sec relax, etc., etc.
Do a bunch of these, trying to go harder & harder.
I sure felt it in my ligs.
I think it's a good variation. Try to build up to doing approximate 2-minute sets of these (which is approximately 60 reps). Then take a 1-2 minute break to restore circulation.
Ideally, your angle should be 7:30-8:00 LOT.

The reason I asked if this is erect is I dont understand the part about pushing downwards at 8 o'clock or whatever. flaccid hangs down at 6 oclock and I dont see how to push a flaccid downwards or pushed at all. On the other hand and erection can be pushed. So i guess I just dont understand this at all.

bigbutnottoo, re-read the post. You start the stretch at 9:00 (straight out) then holding the stretch you lower your hands to the 8:00 position. Hope this helps you understand. I have done one similar to this for a while now. I hope I explained Waxn's exercise like it was intended. For mine I started at 8:00 and raised it to around 10:00. The total reverse except that I limited the tug hold to 5 seconds and didnt ever cout them. I will give these a try too.

WAX are these similar to JAI stretches?

These have been mentioned by some members back at PP.
Its basiclly fast jerks of the penis angled at the floor.
Quick reps of hard tugs essentially - I call this Explosive training.
I did it many months back, it hammers the ligs but its nuthing new.
The Squat stretch is much better MHO.

Sorry for the delay.
JAIs are done, I believe, without maximum intensity (something about avoiding "kickback reflex," etc.). I believe JAIs are done at 2 second intervals, with only moderate force.
These tugs are done with both hands. After you're sufficiently loose & warmed up, you want to push away as hard as you can, then quickly let up, keep repeating.
It enables you to generate maximum force on ligs - repeatedly.
And yes, they are done flaccid.
The reasons I've said 8:00 LOT are: (1) You want to focus on the ligs with this exercise, not tunica, and (2) I've found, at least for me, that I can generate the most force - using both hands - at that angle [although, you could still do it around 8:30 LOT, if you want]; when I push straight down (near 6:00 LOT), I can't use the same grip, thereby reducing the force.

Thanks WAX, I will give these a go today. I am glad they are different than JAI's because I could not gain with JAI's.

Nor could I. I don't doubt that Johan made gains from them - and I'm glad he shares his experiences with us - but they didn't work for me either. But, we all have to find what works best for us as individuals, and it helps that so many guys share their info.
