Hey guys i started this thread so that i could get serious about pe because ive been on and off with it and this is where i get serious. My current routine is:
Basic stretching for 30 mins
Rotary stretches - 25 cranks
stretch behind the cheek left - 10 minutes
Stretch behind the cheek middle - 10 minutes
Stretch behind the cheek right - 10 minutes
Rotary Stretches - 20 cranks
(all these stretches with breaks between them of course)
I hope to gain atleast 0.5 inch between now and 3 months later if i gain an inch that would be even better, so i pray that i get these gains with hard work and dedication.
