Hey guys i started this thread so that i could get serious about pe because ive been on and off with it and this is where i get serious. My current routine is:


Basic stretching for 30 mins
Rotary stretches - 25 cranks
stretch behind the cheek left - 10 minutes
Stretch behind the cheek middle - 10 minutes
Stretch behind the cheek right - 10 minutes
Rotary Stretches - 20 cranks
(all these stretches with breaks between them of course)

I hope to gain atleast 0.5 inch between now and 3 months later if i gain an inch that would be even better, so i pray that i get these gains with hard work and dedication.
 
Looks like your main goal is length... Have you considered hanging? Ive been hanging just under a month now and have been seeing results, I am to measure this sunday (but Ive already measure so I know Ive gained) and from what Ive seen on this forums it is one of the most effective ways so gain length. Not to say that manual stretching is not because it is also a solid way to gain length and it has been proven also to be very effective. But you might want to check out hanging, the investment is minimal you can make your hanger for around 15 bucks, I started with the Homemade Bib Hanger but then moved up to the Snake Hanger and if I was to do it again I would go straight to the snake hanger because it is way more comfortable than the homemade Bib hanger and is probably the only hanger you will ever need.

The healing portion is equally as important as the actual workout, Ive just recently learned that and I wish Ive known that the first time around.

Welcome to the Brotherhood! I assume you only want length for now, if so this is a great workout. I can see you making those gains within the time frame but be willing to put the work it everyday.

Yh thats my focus my girth is above average so im not too obsessed with it and i read a thread about you and your gains congrats by the way.

Yh thanks dld I'm not going to start tonight though very busy so as soon as i get these stuff out the way i will be starting the routine.
 
Hey guys im starting up the routine today and did some kegels today and a good amount might slip some in on my routine but i decided i will start tonight and will do this 5 days a week. These stretching will include some intensity of course I've always hear that you need intensity to get gains from these stretches.

Wish me luck on my journey

You can do it, stay consistent and you will reap the rewards, if you have questions on anything, there will always be someone on here with an answer. Good luck Ramos 👍
 
Hey guys hitting up the routine today again but I'll be making it shorter so instead of a one hour session it will be an 30 min session. I only did this because today was a real tiring day so don't have that much energy to go through with the one hour session so this is the best i can do, wish me luck.
 
Hey guys I need a little motivation right now feeling a little down and this is the only place I kno that can motivate me so please help a brother out
 
Whenever I'm feeling tired or not motivated i just make myself do it. Don't really think about 'oh man i couldn't be stuffed' or keep putting it off til later just get in there man, block those thoughts and get it done, you will feel better for it afterwards guaranteed.

Don't get down on yourself if you can only do a little bit, a little is more than nothing and that half hour you sit there thinkin ' i don't know, uuurgh' is a half hour you could have already finished. Once you get yourself into a rythm with how you schedule your workouts around other things in life it will just feel natural to do it and when you start to see some gains comin your way motivation won't even factor in, you'll be hungry for more!

Hey guys im back been on a break for a while because i was busy and sometimes lazy so im starting back up with the 30 min routine wish me luck guys:)

I like to keep on top of all the Brothers here, just so hard while I am away...I get such limited time on the computer.

I can't wait till I have more time to give you guys, with my limited computer time is is difficult to get to everyone.
 
Looking forward to seeing your updates on here brother. Track your measurements too, that's something that helps me stay motivated... When I come to the end of another 30 days of training and I am feeling lazy about it, then I measure and see results... man I get super motivated again. Even if you don't post them, keep them and track them for yourself. Just don't measure too often, try waiting for once a month, or every 2 weeks at least so you can see the progress.

You've started with a great routine, now keep at it and your gonna see some great gains!

yeah hope i see half an inch or more otherwise im gonna quit......rofl two months of pe every single day no matter what!!!

I would get yourself back into training first and then, is you feel able, add the time in. I don't want you to become overwhelmed with too much too fast.

That makes a lot of sense dld so today imma start the routine again I got most of my stuff out the way so less stress on my shoulder so back and ready to hit it again
